Pelvic & sexual health
The work I lead at Desert Harvest, and the work I write about — pelvic, sexual, urological, menopausal. Care that's quieter, and takes women at their word.
Lived experience
I live with interstitial cystitis and endometriosis — the very conditions Desert Harvest was founded to meet. CEO and patient, same person.
Writing & advocacy
A monthly column in BELLA, essays in Forbes and Authority, and a standing seat at the boards and conversations that shape women's care.
The Story
CEO and patient, same person.
Heather has been with Desert Harvest since her parents founded it in 1993; she took the CEO seat in 2012. In 2016 she was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis and endometriosis — the very conditions her family’s company was founded to meet. Her story, in her own words, sits on its own page.
